Single Coaching

Simply talking about it with someone who feels you...

Positive Coaching doesn't only help you to reach a specific goal. It can show you a way to change the way you engage with life and live more joyfully.

Positive Psychology and its coaching methods are inherently inclusive - also to eastern Well-Being wisdom and methods, such as meditation and reflection techniques.

Free psychological tests for self-exploration

Positive psychology offers various validated tests that can help you learn more about yourself, your strengths, and your neurodivergence.
I offer many of these tests online and free of charge - tailored to a neurodivergent brain - and, if desired, with a follow-up discussion with me.

Deeper insights into neurodiversity

My blog offers you regular entertaining, informative, and helpful articles - for neurodivergent and highly introverted people.

What are neurodivergent characteristics?

Neurodivergent traits include ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, dyslexia, giftedness, bipolar disorder, and many more. Whenever a brain exhibits traits that are clearly and demonstrably different from the norm (i.e., the vast majority of the population), it is neurodivergent.

What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity, on the other hand, includes all brains, even normal ones. These definitions are not a matter of opinion but are anchored in the original meaning of the words: diversity generally describes the wonderful variety of nature, whereas divergent comes from Latin (divergens) and means “moving apart,” i.e., different.

What is Positive Psychology?

"Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life worth living. It calls on psychological research and practice to be just as concerned with human strengths as with weaknesses, just as interested in developing the best in life as in overcoming the worst, and just as concerned with making the lives of healthy people more worth living as with curing psychopathology." - Snyder & Lopez, p. xxIII, 2009 The Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology.

For whom is my single coaching useful?

My coaching is aimed at all neurodivergent young people and adults who want to unlock their potential and advance their personal development.

Neurodivergent symptoms manifest differently at different ages. They are most pronounced during times of hormonal change or illness, i.e., especially during puberty and perimenopause (and in men of the same age range!).

That's why it's important to find a coach who has already had real-life experience with the profound changes that take place during these times.

What happens in a single coaching?

Coaching begins with a (free) initial consultation to discuss goals and approach. This gives you the opportunity to get to know your coach and decide whether the coaching program (and the coach) is right for you. The duration and frequency of the sessions are determined individually.

This takes place entirely virtually via video conference. Of course, your coach will ask you in advance about any sensory or other limitations you may have and will adjust the technical details of the meeting accordingly.

Divergent Thinkers...

...have „possibility brains“...

...whose minds naturally explore what could be, with strengths like curiosity, unusual conceptualization and insatiable "why"-asking and connection-seeking tendencies."
